It should be easy to get started with a prepaid card from Comviq, which is why we have put together this get-started guide.
1. Get a prepaid card
You can order a starter package for a prepaid card online or get one at one of our retailers: ICA, Pressbyrån, 7-Eleven, Circle K, OKQ8, ATG agents.
2. Insert the SIM card into your phone
All our starter packages contains a triple-SIM, which fits all conceivable phones, both new and old. You can easily punch out the size that fits your phone. It’s a good idea to save the other parts, as they may come in handy if you ever change your phone.
3. Register and activate the SIM card
If you ordered your starter package at comviq.se and kept your phone number (porting from another carrier):
The number (prepaid card) is directly registered to you, and the SIM card is activated 10 days after you've placed your order.
If you ordered your starter package at comviq.se with a new number:
The number (prepaid card) is both registered to you and activated when you receive it.
If you purchased your starter package from a retailer:
You need to register the prepaid card before you can start using it. Many of our retailers can also assist you with the registration.
4. Top up your prepaid card
Before you can start making calls, receiving calls, or using mobile data, you need to make a top up. There are several different ways to top up your prepaid card, how you can do it is explained here.
