There are several ways to make a top up your prepaid card or even a mobile subscription. You also have the possibility to top up someone else’s prepaid card; just enter the mobile number you want to top up.
Note: If your prepaid card isn't registered you need to do that before you can make your first top up.
Psst! Did you know that in addition to top up a price plan for your prepaid card, you can also top up extra mobile data, Boost, or purchase +Saldo. Extra mobile data, Boost and +Saldo can even be topped up to a mobile subscription.
Top up using the Comviq app
The easiest and most convenient way to top up is by using the Comviq app. In addition to topping up your own prepaid cards (or mobile subscription), you can also choose to top up someone else’s. If you haven’t done so already, download the Comviq app.
Note: If you have ran out of mobile data, you need to connect to WiFi to use the app.

Top up using a voucher
You can buy a voucher from our retailers, which you can then use to top up your own or someone else’s prepaid card. Some examples of retailers are ICA, Pressbyrån, 7-Eleven, Circle K, OKQ8 and ATG agents.
Top up your own prepaid card with a voucher
Call: *110*voucher-code#. This must be done from the mobile phone that holds the prepaid card.
Example: *110*1234567890123# call
Top up someone else’s prepaid card with a voucher
Call: *110*voucher-code*the-phone-number-you-want-to-top-up#. Example: *110*1234567890123*0712345678# call

What happens if I run out of mobile data?
If your mobile data runs out, you need to purchase more mobile data or top up a new price plan. You will not be able to continue using mobile data at a variable rate, even if you have a balance on your prepaid card. If you have a balance and the validity period of your price plan expires (your price plan changes to Bas), your mobile data will start working again but at a variable rate. Note that if you've ran out of mobile data, you need to connect to WiFi if you want to make a top up from your mobile.
Note! This does not apply if you have the Standard or Kompis price plans; with these plans, you can always continue surfing at a variable price after your data runs out, as long as you have a balance.
How much does it cost to make calls and use mobile data with a prepaid card?
The exact prices depend on the price plan you have. You can view all prices here. If the validity period* of your current price plan expires, it will change to Bas. If you have a balance, you will still keep it.
*When you make a top up, you'll get the validity period included with that price plan. If you top up before the current period expires, the validity period will be extended. You can see your exact validity period in the Comviq app or at Mitt konto.
How do I check my balance?
Call: *111#.
Your balance is also displayed in the Comviq app and at Mitt konto if you have registered your prepaid card with BankID. If you have registered your prepaid card in another way, you need to link the prepaid card to Mitt konto before you can see your balance. You can read how to do that here.
Can I use extra mobile data within EU and EEA countries?
All extra mobile data that you purchase can be used in the same way within the EU/EEA as in Sweden, as long as your price plan is valid in that part of the world.
I want to top up my prepaid card but don’t know my phone number
Your phone number is printed on the SIM card (the larger part) that came with the starter pack. Note that if you have changed your phone number since ordered the prepaid card the number printed on the SIM card is not correct. If you have linked your phone number to Mitt konto the number is displayed there and in the Comviq app.
