Binding period if you buy a mobile phone
If you buy a mobile subscription together with a mobile with 24 or 36 month installments, you have a 24 months binding period on your subscription. When the binding period has expired and you want to cancel your subscription, contact Customer Service and they will help you.
I still have a binding period on my subscription - can I extend it and buy a new mobile phone?
Yes, if you have less than one month left on your binding period, you can extend your subscription and buy a new mobile phone with an installment plan.
I have more than a month left on my installment - can I extend it and buy a new mobile phone?
You have two choices:
Wait until you have less than one month left
Contact customer service and ask for a final invoice on your current installment plan.
What happens if I buy a new mobile phone when I still have partial payments/installment on my previous mobile phone?
If you have installments left on your previous mobile and order a new mobile, you will receive two installments during the remaining period.
What happens if cancel my subscription to the end of the bindning period and I still have installments left on my mobile phone?
You will receive a final invoice of your installment plan.
