To use eSIM, you need a mobile phone that supports it, Mobilt BankID and also you need to order an eSIM for your subscription or prepaid card. Ordering an eSIM is easily done via Mitt Konto or the Comviq app.
Remember to restart your mobile phone after you've activated eSIM, otherwise it might not work.
Order eSIM via Mitt Konto
Login at Mitt Konto.
Click on the mobile number for whom you want to order eSIM.
Scroll down and click on Hantera SIM.
Click on Beställ nytt SIM, eSIM och spärra SIM.
Choose eSIM (QR-kod i Mitt Konto).
Click on BESTÄLL NYTT SIM.
Click on VISA MITT E-SIM.
Verify your identity through BankID (You need to use the BankID for the social security number that is associated with Mitt Konto).
A QR-code is now show for your eSIM.
To activate eSIM in your mobile phone follow the instructions for your mobile manufacturer down below.
Order eSIM via the Comviq-app
Open Comviq-app and login.
Tap Översikt at the bottom left.
Tap the mobile number for whom you want to order eSIM.
Tap the cogwheel at the top right.
Scroll down and tap on Beställ SIM, eSIM & spärra SIM.
Choose eSIM (aktivering här i appen).
Tap BESTÄLL ESIM.
You should now see the following message: Ditt eSIM kan snart aktiveras! Beställningen är klar. Om ungefär 15 minuter ser du ditt eSIM här i appen och kan aktivera det.
Tap Stäng.
Tap Översikt at the bottom left. You should now see a button Aktivera eSIM at the top.
Tap Aktivera eSIM.
Choose how you want to activate your eSIM:
På den här mobilen (Activate on this mobile).
Tap AKTIVERA ESIM.
Tap Fortsätt.
Tap Stäng.
Restart your mobile.
Done!
På en annan mobil (Activate on another mobile).
Verify your identity through BankID (You need to use the BankID for the social security number that is associated with Mitt Konto).
A QR-code is now show for your eSIM.

Make sure you are connected to WiFi.
Launch Settings.
Select Mobile Data.
Tap Set Up Mobile Service or Add eSIM.
Tap Use QR Code and scan the QR Code.
Tap Continue (this could take a minute).
Tap Done.
Restart your iPhone.
You're done!
Samsung
Make sure you are connected to WiFi.
Launch Settings.
Select Connetions.
Tap SIM card manager.
Select Add mobile plan.
Tap Add using QR code.
Scan the QR code and follow the instructions.
Restart your mobile phone.
You're Done!
Motorola
Make sure you are connected to WiFi.
Launch Settings.
Select Network & internet.
Select Mobile network.
Select Advanced.
Select Carrier.
Tap Add carrier.
Scan the QR code and follow the instructions.
Restart your mobile phone.
You're Done!
