If you have a mobile subscription from Comviq, you can pause it for up to 6 months, at no extra cost (does not apply to GO subscriptions). It is possible to extend the break for up to another 6 months, at a cost of SEK 100. In total, you can pause a subscription for 12 months straight, and the minimum you can pause a subscription is 2 months.
When a subscription has been paused for 12 months, you need to be active for at least 12 months before you can pause the subscription again. We will send you an SMS when a possible break ends.
Not possible to pause mobile installment
It is not possible to pause an installment on a mobile phone that you have purchased from Comviq. The installment of the mobile phone will therefore continue as usual if you were to pause your mobile subscription.
