If you have a mobile subscription with Comviq you can set a monthly limit against extra costs with our service Maxpris. When you reach the limit everything that costs extra will be blocked. This includes international calls, in-app purchases, SMS purchases, paid calls, etc. Your free calls, SMS and MMS within Sweden will of course work as usual. Maxpris is a service that is free to use.
The service is activated immediately when you activate it, but remember that purchases and costs that occurred before you activated Maxpris will be charged on the next month's invoice.
You can choose from the following limits for Maxpris:
0 SEK
200 SEK
300 SEK
500 SEK
Good to know!
Maxpris applies to extra costs that may be added to the mobile subscription. Any installment payment of a mobile and/or additional subscription fee for a smart watch is not included in limit of Maxpris.
Example: If you subscribe to a mobile subscription that costs 175 SEK per month, you pay in installments for a mobile with 314 SEK per month and you have an additional subscription for your smart watch for 45 SEK per month. If you choose to set a limit in Maxpris of SEK 300 (and make purchases for the entire amount), your maximum cost will be 175 SEK + 314 SEK + 45 SEK + 300 SEK = 834 SEK.
Are you traveling outside EU/EES?
Maxpris normally applies even when you are abroad, but there are rare occasions when the charge for your usage of mobile data isn't updated in real time from the carrier you connected to. This allows you to be charged an amount that exceeds the limit that you've set in Maxpris. If you are traveling outside the EU/EES, we therefore recommend that you turn off roaming in the setting in your mobile or buy a data package abroad (utlandssurf).
